All squares must be purchased at $10 each from the two embroiderers. This charge goes to the OPGA.

Your herd logo must be embroidered only. No painting, photos, iron-ons, etc.
Your embroidered logo must be digitized in order to be machine embroidered. The embroidery ladies can do that for you for a one-time price. They will hold it for year after year if you want to participate in another quilt. There is a cost for the actual embroidery. The embroiderers will ensure your square gets to the quilter for quilt assembly.
There is a deadline for ordering through the embroiderers so the quilter has ample time to assemble and create the quilt.
The deadline is March 1, 2026.
